Refund Policy

Subscriptions renew monthly

MossImage plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through our payment provider. Your plan renews automatically at the start of each billing month until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

• no further renewals are charged;
• your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for;
• your remaining credits stay usable until the end of that period, subject to the credit validity described below.

Refunds

Because credits are consumed immediately and each generation reserves GPU time, fees already paid for a billing period are generally non-refundable. We will issue a refund in these cases:

• Billing error — a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a renewal you had already cancelled.
• Service failure — the service was materially unavailable for a sustained part of your billing period.
• Failed generation charged in full — if a generation failed for a reason on our side and the credits were not returned automatically, we restore the credits or refund the equivalent amount.
• Where required by law — if your local consumer protection law grants a right of withdrawal that we cannot exclude, that right applies.

Requests should be sent to support@mossimageai.net within 30 days of the charge, with the account email and the order or generation ID. We review each request and reply with a decision.

Credits

Credits are issued at the start of each billing month and are valid for 365 days from the date they are issued. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred to another account, and expire as described in the terms of service.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. A chargeback freezes the account while the payment provider investigates, and we can usually resolve the issue faster by email.
